Joseph > The miners only drink pure alcohol in the mine so the ore stays pure. 14 miners died last year a few due to explosions, a few fell down mine shafts, the most were alcohol related.
Joseph > Youngest miner (14) we gave him a bag of cocoa leaves which he is clutching. The miners work 10 hours a day with no lunch break. The cocoa leaves keep them awake and curb their appetite.
